ThePoliceman,  do all the quests for exp reward on 1-40 levels, it's pretty useful. you will make 1-18 levels from quests from newbie helper in your starting village. on lvl 18 do the 1st class change quest.

after that do the Walk of Fate and Omnious news quests (this ones starts on 21 lvl, i think, you'll find the start NPC on the map, you know, map-info-quest), this ones give d-armors, some exp and adena. On 25 lvl make Lizardman's conspiracy quest. it's pretty useful. Don't forget to do kamaloka hall\labytinth of abyss every day.

On lvl 35 starting pretty useful quests in Dion church, there are about 7 quests with decent adena\exp reward, don't forget them. On lvl 36 make Pailaka "story of fire and ice", or something like that, starts in Gludin village.

And, of course, start to make second class transfer quests, you'll need to complete 3 of them, on 35-37-39 levels. And 4 quests after 40 lvl, starting in giran blacksmith, these ones gives a lot of adena\exp.

and, well, that's pretty much all of them. But still, don't forget, every hunting zone have their own hunting quests, just shift+lmb click on mob and "quest" option. 

and, well, take quest for fishing soulshot from any fisherman guild member (in any town), then quest Coins of magic (hunter village, i think it's 50 lvl or smtn like that), and Seductive Whispers in Aden blacksmith.
