Ну в общем начал я точить етот скил у берса (На повышение физ атк и точности), когда точнул +5 посмотрел,странно но ничего не изменилось,точнул +11,точно также,изменений нет, ну и вот ришел обратиться на форум. Вот скрины (Правда там вроде прибавило +1 к точности) но физ атк не увеличилась.

заточка до +10 повысило физ атаку до 10%. Скорость атаки и точность остались прежними

Все работает правильно, как видим изменения между +11 и +15, и есть в 1 точности.

Можете не напрягаться) скил работает правильно.

ну или не забудьте скрин с селфом +0, а так же учесть что расчет идет от базового значения
