Are custom 3D model modifications allowed?

Does server allow modifications of client-side modifications that switch 3D models of characters?

As I am new to regards to modding of L2, I do wonder if this place is friendly place for that, or not?

Like for example, changing playable character's face templates or hairstyle templates and all kinds of off.

maybe even custom animations, like if one would make some funny walk cycle animation instead of default one.

 

Or that's all prohibited here?

if updater allows it - then its allowed, however if you modify things like castle walls or olympiad thingy to be transparent then you might get banned
